↘ my story
Whether closing deals or crafting strategies, I thrive on building human connections that bring ideas to life.
Over fifteen years at Google, Samsung, Skillshare, The New York Times, and VICE Media, I've built a reputation for cultivating strategic partnerships across global markets and finding revenue where none existed yet.
We built the opposite. A small, senior team that works across strategy, brand, product, and growth — not because we're trying to land retainers, but because good work in one area tends to require clarity in the others.
Now I'm building Aporta, a decision platform for film and television production. I also advise startups, content owners, and creators on monetization, diversification, and international expansion.
How i think
my principles
01 — global is local
Every market looks like a strategy problem from outside and a relationships problem once you're in it. You need both to be right.
02 — distribution decides
t doesn't matter how good it is if no one can find it. What matters is reaching the right user, in the right context, at the right time.
03 — STRUCTURE BEATS INSTINCT
Bad systems produce bad data, and bad data produces confident, wrong decisions. Good instinct still needs something true to work from.
04 — perfect is the enemy of good
AI gets overwhelming fast. One workflow, shipped this month, will do more than a transformation plan no one finishes.
